YrSat
This app provides access to the most current satellite image from the NOAA series, covering Scandinavia and the Norwegian Sea.
Images from the last two days may be accessed, and the most current are provided with as little delay as possible.
The images are in color if the sun angle makes this possible. During nights and winter the images are in black and white using the standard infrared channel.
The images has a resolution in the order of 2,5 km.
The latest global mosaic from the geostationary satellites may also be viewed. These images are only produced a few times each day and the resolution is limited.
